To return one or more items from an order:
The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date,
the return costs are for your own expense.
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition and in in their original condition.
Please note, all sale items are final sale and can NOT be returned,
this also applies to the custom made items that are made to your size.
Refunds
once we receive your return the return will be processed and you money will be refunded within 3 days keep in mind that it can take 2 weeks before you have your money back.
Damaged Items
Take a photo of the item and email it to @noacustomx@gmail.com.
Please keep in mind: even great quality vintage pieces like the ones we stock usually have minor imperfections. We try to list these imperfections in each product description, but sometimes we miss them. If the damage in question was listed in the product description, then we are unable to accept returns.
